We stand behind the quality of every plant and flower arrangement we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, we offer replacements or full refunds within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
β€’ Damaged or Defective Plants: If your plant arrives damaged, wilted beyond recovery, or clearly unhealthy, contact us immediately with photos. We'll issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
β€’ Incorrect Items: Received the wrong plant or arrangement? We'll send the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
β€’ Lost in Transit: If your order doesn't arrive within 20 business days of shipping, we'll issue a full refund or reship your order free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
