Plants & Products
Q: Are your plants safe for pets? A: Many of our plants are pet-friendly, but some can be toxic if ingested. We clearly label pet-safe options, but when in doubt, keep plants out of reach of curious pets.
Q: What if my plant arrives damaged? A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll replace it or issue a full refund. We have a 14-day happiness guarantee.
Q: How big are the plants? A: Sizes vary by species and are listed on each product page. We typically ship young, well-established plants that have plenty of room to grow in your care.
Q: Do the plants come with pots? A: Most plants ship in nursery pots. Decorative pots are sold separately unless specifically stated in the product description.

Care & Maintenance

Q: What if I kill my plant? A: It happens! We're here to help troubleshoot what went wrong so you can learn. Check our Plant Care guide or email us for advice.
Q: How do I know when to water? A: The finger test is best—stick your finger 1-2 inches into the soil. If dry, water; if moist, wait. Most plants prefer to dry out slightly between waterings.
Q: Should I repot my new plant immediately? A: We recommend waiting 1-2 weeks. Your plant needs time to recover from shipping stress before handling a pot change.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a plant if I change my mind? A: For the health of our plants and compliance with agricultural regulations, we cannot accept returns on live plants that have been in your care. However, we do offer replacements or refunds for plants that arrive damaged or defective.
